She`s also a fabulous author (which reminds me, I`m yet to buy one of her amazing books... and I must have, full stop!). Her approach is pretty simple really - more is more. By given a backdrop by all those beautiful dark walls - she`s constantly sourcing items for her beautiful Abigail Ahern Shop and she says that many of her finds are often vintage.

- She`s a fan of going oversize by playing around with scale.

- She has a thing for rugs. Her house is full of patterned or animal-print rugs.

- She also favors in having unusual printed or hand drawn art, in her most beautiful home.

- She loves to play with texture.
Either with beautiful fabrics, cushions, throws and velvet sofas and rugs.

- Indoor cladding (by using vintage wood) and exposed brickwork, are another way to "roughen up" her beautiful home - to add texture and to make it more lived in and somehow imperfect (in a nice way, though), which in my opinion, immediately makes it feel like a home... not a show house!!!

- She also loves to play with unusual curiosities!

- But faux flowers are her most and better trick to have in a home.
Her's are famous for being absolutely stunning and very realistic looking, that even a lot of A list celebs have them in their homes.
(And they are quite affordable too)!
